Bowflex Body Tower

To start off, let us examine the Bowflex Home Gym Body Tower. When it comes to price, this is the most affordable one in the lot. Another feature (or lack thereof) that sets the Body Tower apart from the other Bowflex Home Gyms is that it does not offer any resistance training. There is also no platform unlike the other Bowflex Home Gym models.

 

The Body Tower offers over 20 exercises that the user can choose from depending on their fitness goal or need. The owner’s manual that comes with the home gym features 18 pictures. The Body Tower offers the user 2 arm exercises, 4 chest exercises, 3 ab exercises, 2 back exercises, 2 shoulder exercises, and 5 leg exercises. There is no cardio row available on the Body Tower.

With regard to maximum user weight, the Body Tower can accommodate up to 300 lbs. It also requires a workout area of L 53” x W 50” x H 77”. Warranty-wise, the frame is guaranteed a warranty of 5 years while wear parts are insured for one year.

Bowflex Home Gym PR1000

Unlike other Bowflex Home Gym models, the PR1000 offers no upgradeable resistance. It also has a horizontal platform that is foldable. This allows you to save a significant amount of space.
